JOLO APP PRICE LIST

effective as of 21 August 2026

This Price List sets out the rates used to calculate the proposed price of an Express Order, the fees for additional services and the amount of the Commission, referred to in the Customer Terms of Service of the JOLO App and in the Driver Terms of Service of the JOLO App. Capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the aforementioned Terms of Service. The Price List does not form an integral part of the Terms of Service and is subject to amendment under the procedure set out in point 4 below.

1. Vehicle categories and rates

The Base Price of a Transport Order is calculated as the sum of the base rate of the Tariff selected, which covers the first 20 km of the route, and the product of the rate for additional kilometers and the length of the route determined by the App in excess of 20 km, increased by the fees for the additional services selected.

All prices given in the Price List are gross prices and relate to domestic carriage performed by vehicles with a maximum permissible gross weight not exceeding 3.5 t.

2. Service area

The Service Area comprises the Capital City of Warsaw and the territory within a radius of 50 km from its administrative boundaries. Transport Orders whose place of dispatch is more than 60 km from the boundary of the Service Area may be placed only as Scheduled Orders.

3. Additional services

Loading and unloading assistance (loaders) - flat fee per trip, per person:

1)     Tariff S - PLN 99,

2)     Tariff M - PLN 159,

3)     Tariff L - PLN 199,

4)     Tariff XL - PLN 249.

The fee is not covered by the base rate of the Tariff. In Tariffs L and XL, the number of loaders is either zero or at least two persons.

Waiting beyond the free-of-charge period: PLN 2 per minute.

Cancellation Fee where a Transport Order is cancelled after the Driver has begun travelling: 20% of the price of the Transport Order.

Cancellation Fee where a Transport Order is cancelled after the Shipment has been loaded: the full base rate of the Tariff selected, together with the fees for the additional services selected.

Return journey where the Shipment is not collected: the rate for each additional kilometer applicable to the Tariff selected.

3. Commission

The Service Provider’s Commission is 20% of the value of the Transport Order, increased by the value added tax due. The value of the Transport Order means the gross price paid by the Customer, including the fees for additional services. The Commission is also charged on the amounts of the Cancellation Fees.

4. Amendments to the Price List

The Service Provider may amend the Price List by publishing its new version in the App at least 7 days in advance. Transport Orders concluded before the date on which an amendment enters into force are governed by the Price List in its previous wording. An amendment to the Price List does not constitute an amendment to the Terms of Service.
